• Not be located in or associated with sanctioned jurisdictions or entities

We may refuse or restrict access at our discretion.

3.Our Services

• Currency conversion and settlement services
• Payment tracking and transaction reporting
• API and integration tools (where applicable)

We do not offer consumer banking or personal financial services.

4.Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

• Provide correct business and identity details
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

5.Compliance (KYC & AML)

We comply with global financial regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We may request documents such as:

• Business registration certificates
• Identity documents of directors and/or owners
• Proof of funds or transaction purpose

We may suspend or block any transaction that appears suspicious, illegal, or non-compliant.

6.Transactions

All transactions are subject to:

• Availability of liquidity and banking partners
• Exchange rate fluctuations
• Processing times from third-party providers

Transactions may be delayed, declined, or reversed where required by law or banking partners.

7.Fees

All applicable fees will be displayed before confirmation of a transaction. Fees may change with notice.

8.Prohibited Use

You must NOT use our Platform for:

• Gambling or unlicensed financial activities
• Misrepresentation or identity fraud

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

9.Risks

We are not responsible for losses caused by these risks.
